Delivery:
- Order delivery takes from 3-5 working days [Within Lahore].
- Intercity deliveries take 5-7 working days.
Exchange:
For domestic orders, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Online exchanges with valid reasons waive courier charges.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, with all tags intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Valid reasons for exchange include defects, incorrect sizing, or item discrepancies.
Exchanges for discounted items or intimate apparel are not allowed. Contact customer service for assistance.
